Terms of Service
General rules for using Grabbit4.me as a customer, driver, or visitor.
Platform role
- Grabbit4.me is a local delivery coordination platform connecting customers with independent drivers.
- Drivers use the platform as independent service providers and are responsible for their own vehicle, licensing, insurance, taxes, and delivery decisions unless otherwise required by law.
- Grabbit4.me may update product flows, fees, safety rules, and allowed service areas as the platform grows.
User responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate contact, pickup, drop-off, payment, and item information.
- Users must not request illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or prohibited deliveries.
- Users agree to treat drivers, customers, and support staff with respect and may lose access for harassment, threats, scams, or unsafe behavior.
Service limits
- Delivery availability depends on driver availability, service area, store hours, weather, safety, and order details.
- Drivers may decline or cancel a delivery that appears unsafe, illegal, inaccurate, or non-compliant.
- If a customer cancels after a driver accepts, the customer agrees that the driver may receive 50% of the flat delivery fee for time reserved and preparation already committed; the platform fee may still apply to that cancellation payout.
- Regulated item delivery may require ID review, age confirmation, and location-specific approval.
