Customer Agreement

Customer responsibilities for orders, payments, ID checks, communication, and delivery confirmation.

Before placing an order

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, valid contact information, and clear item instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that the requested delivery is legal and allowed in their location.
  • Customers agree that the driver may contact them by chat, SMS, voice, or future video call to complete the delivery safely.

Payments, cancellation, and completion

  • Payment may be required before the driver starts a delivery.
  • If a customer cancels after a driver accepts, the driver may receive 50% of the flat delivery fee for time reserved and preparation already committed. The customer will be shown a cancellation-policy notice before confirming that cancellation.
  • Customers should confirm delivery completion once the order is received.
  • Customers understand that drivers may refuse handoff if the customer cannot provide required ID or if the delivery becomes unsafe or non-compliant.

21+ and regulated deliveries

  • Customers requesting age-restricted or regulated items must upload ID when requested and must show valid matching ID at delivery.
  • The recipient must be present, sober where legally required, and legally allowed to receive the item.
  • Grabbit4.me may reject or cancel regulated orders until licensing, local rules, and operating procedures are fully approved.
