How Grabbit4.me collects, uses, stores, and protects account, order, notification, payment, and verification information.

Information we collect

Account and profile details such as name, email address, phone number, profile photo, saved region, service area, and account preferences.
Order information such as pickup and drop-off details, item instructions, delivery notes, timestamps, order status, ratings, tips, proof photos, and customer/driver messages.
Driver application and trust/safety records such as legal name, driver license photo, license state/expiration, waiver consent, IP address, timestamp, approval status, and payout setup status.
Device and communication records such as push notification tokens, SMS consent records, login security events, IP address, browser/device type, and support messages.

To create and manage customer and driver accounts, route orders, show nearby drivers, process payments and tips, support scheduled/recurring orders, and send delivery updates.
To verify driver applications, support safety reviews, enforce restricted-item rules, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, calculate ratings, and maintain driver earnings/payout records.
To send operational messages by app notification, email, SMS, chat, or future voice/video features when needed for an order, account, safety issue, or support request.

Payment processing and connected-account payouts may be handled by Stripe or another approved payment processor.
SMS, email, push notification, hosting, security, analytics, and support tools may process information only as needed to operate Grabbit4.me.
Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text messaging opt-in details are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Order, payment, payout, dispute, and tax-related records may be retained as needed for business, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and safety purposes.
Driver license images and ID-related uploads are restricted to admin review and should be removed or retained only as long as needed for verification, compliance, dispute, or safety review.
Users may request account review, correction, export, deletion, or restriction by contacting Grabbit4.me through the Contact page. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
