Allowed standard requests
- Food, coffee, groceries, retail pickups, small packages, and other lawful everyday items may be requested when safe and practical.
- Shop-and-pay or complex pickup rules can be handled separately as the platform adds payment tools.
Review-required requests
- Alcohol, tobacco, medicine containing alcohol, and other age-restricted products require ID review and location-specific approval before going live.
- These categories should remain review-only until Grabbit4.me confirms licensing, insurance, local law, platform policies, and payment processor rules.
Prohibited requests
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances outside lawful licensed channels.
- Weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or anything that creates unsafe conditions.
- Any request that asks a driver to break store policy, traffic law, age-verification law, or delivery platform rules.
